Access Core Technologies builds software that helps institutions meet federal accessibility requirements. This statement documents the conformance of this website to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Conformance status
This website conforms to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Conforms means the content meets all Level A and Level AA success criteria, without exception.

Technologies relied upon
HTML, CSS, and SVG. This site ships no JavaScript and functions fully with JavaScript disabled.
Assessment approach
Self-evaluation, completed July 14, 2026. Automated testing with axe-core and Lighthouse against Chromium, on every page. Manual review: full keyboard traversal at 1280, 768, and 390 CSS pixels, in both directions; screen reader review with VoiceOver on Safari; 200% text resize; reflow at 320 CSS pixels; and text-spacing overrides. Every text and interface colour pair was verified against its documented contrast ratio.
